Honson brass threaded fittings provide a comprehensive range of accessories, including unions, changes of direction (bends, elbows), branches (tees), bushings, extensions, plugs, nuts, couplings, etc., allowing for unlimited possibilities of connection.
These brass fittings are traditionally used for connecting steel pipe with threaded ends. They are also used for connecting rigid plastic pipes and other threaded accessories or fittings. Threads conform to ISO 228, and for the perfect seal of the thread connection a sealant should be used (hemp fibre, Teflon or other appropriate sealants).
Typical applications include water supply and distribution systems, for both cold and hot sanitary water, in heating, cooling and air conditioning systems as well as irrigation, sprinkler fire piping or other piping systems with pipe threaded ends
