Assemble instruction
  • Cut the pipe with the pipe cutter or the saw.
  • Deburr the pipe with the file or the deflashing tool.
  • Place the compression ring, the washer ring and the O-ring on the pipe with extremely smooth
  • Insert the pipe fully into all accessories.
  • Place the pipe with all the components inside the body until the pipe keeps fixed inside, ensuring that all of them have moved into its final position before tightening.
  • Tighten the nut on the body with screw tightening.

  • Personnel who perform the work must be properly trained in the safe use of hand tools and be able to identify the hazards and risks associated with different assembly steps.
  • Choose the right tool for each step.
  • Ensure that the tools are of good quality and well maintained.
  • Avoid environments that will make the assembly more difficult.
